Shipping:
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on your location or choice. We try our best to fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days after you place your order. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $40.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders, and you will receive an email from us once your order is shipped.
NEVAEH BLISS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been fulfilled, delivered to the mail carrier.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at: support@nevaehbliss.com within in 14 days of receiving your order.
Products will be refunded if they are returned within 14 days of purchase and are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Please initiate a return request by sending us an email support@nevaehbliss.com with your order number. Once your return request is approved, we will send shipping label to you. Please securely package your order and send it back to us.
We will notify you once your return is received and refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
